HOW WE COMMUNICATE
For Departures:
We will call you the day before your journey (if pre-booked more than 24hrs in advance) between 5-7pm confirming we haven't forgotten you. This gives you complete peace of mind.
On the day of your journey we will send a message confirming your driver is en-route 15 mins prior to our arrival, with drivers contact information and vehicle details.
For Arrivals:
When you land you will recieve an automated text message with your driver's contact information. Please call your driver when you have landed to make contact to update on your progress, and then again when you're on your way to the meeting point.
Ours drivers will wait nearby for your call and will then drive into the terminal to collect you (depending which Terminal you are coming into).

AIRPORT PICKUP SUPPLEMENT
The reason we have to charge an airport pick up supplement is because we guarantee a driver will be there for your pick up once your flight lands. If your flight is delayed we will monitor your flight and arrive accordingly. The driver is not able to take any other jobs and has to be available to pick you up so this is the reason for the extra charge on airport pick ups. For taking you to the airport it is a specified time and no waiting around. We have had many cases where flights are delayed or long queues in immigration. The airport pick up/drop off charge is £6 for Gatwick, £7.50 for Heathrow & £5 for Stansted and Luton. I hope this clears up why there is an additional charge for airport pick ups.
